Director: Hong Long
I have been with Little Wagon since the very beginning dating back to March 2005. I grew up
in China and received my college education there, earning a Master Degree in EE. When my son
was born almost 11 years ago, I was thinking that he should learn both East and West cultures,
so as to build the bridge connecting his Chinese and American backgrounds. As a mother, I
wanted to be with him as much as I can. I started my early education career here, becoming
the first teacher, and my son was the first student in Little Wagon.
I feel so blessed to be involved in the founding and developing of this preschool. So many
people have contributed to its success. I truly believe that as long as we work together,
we can make it even more successful. It will be such a reward to see our children learn and
grow in a multi-cultural environment.

I am a research scholar at UMass Amherst, working in the Education Research Department. After
achieving two bachelors, one in foreign languages and one in communication and after receiving
a master in Special Education and a master in Education, I decided to continue my academic
career along the pedagogical path, and in the year 2011, I completed my doctoral program in
"Education Research Methodologies", becoming a Ph.D in Education and Special Education.
During the last ten years I have acquired teaching experiences with kids of all ages and with
different needs. I love teaching and I love children, they are the most important part of my
professional and academic life, I have decided to dedicate my entire existence to help them
improving their skills and learning attitudes, always challenging myself to become a better
teacher and educator in order to be a qualified support.

在教学中我会尽可能地把游戏融入到课程当中去来增加孩子们的动作发展和认知发展,同时让他们在集体生活中更好地增强语言和社交能力。
目前我正在读大学课程,为自己注入更多的能源。
