Cambridge Center for Chinese Culture

CCCC Chinese Culture Summer School Program offers five or six sessions in our air-conditioned school facility each year to children 5 years or older throughout the U.S. and abroad. Each session features classes and variety of activities with school time from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Daily hot lunch in our air-conditioned school will be provided.

Children from 2 years and 9 month to 5 years old as of June 25, 2012 need sign for our preschool program. Please see details at http://www.littlewagon.org

The CCCC 17th Chinese Culture Summer School will open from June 25, 2012 to August 31, 2012 in five sessions, each session consists of two weeks as the following:

Session I : 6/25 - 7/6
Session II: 7/9 - 7/20
Session III: 7/23 - 8/3
Session IV: 8/6 - 8/17
Session V: 8/20 - 8/31

Open House: 5/6/2012, 10:00AM -- 2:00PM

Classes and Activities

Chinese language (listening, speaking, reading, writing), math, arts, music, science, gym (swimming, ball games, etc.) and educational field trips (visiting museums, farms, zoo or parks).

Cost

Registration Fee: $50.00
Refundable Security Deposit:
a. The security deposit is $100.00 for each student, which will be deducted from your payments.
b. Deposit fee is not refundable for all cancellation.

Tuition:
For 5 years or older (born before June 25, 2007);
The tuition includes study materials, lunch, swimming, transportation fee and visiting ticket for field trip, and a CCCC T-Shirt.

a.	Registration by week: Before 6/3/2012: $250, an additional $50 fee applies for field trip. After 6/3/2012: $275, an additional $50 fee applies for field trip.
b.	Registration by day: Before 6/3/2011: $55, an additional $50 fee applies for field trip. After 6/3/2011: $60, an additional $50 fee applies for field trip.
c.	If two or more children from the same family register for the same session, the 2nd and (or) more child(ren) will get 5% tuition discount.

CCCC Coupon

The student who enrolls at least six weeks & pay those in full at once will receive a coupon with a value of 5% of total paid tuition at the end of summer school. The coupon can be used for any other CCCC programs later.

Payment Method

a.	Registration fee and a $100 refundable deposit are due at the time of registration.
b.	The tuition must be paid two (2) weeks prior to the first day of each session reserved with no deduction for absence.
c.	There is a $20 late fee for payments not received by the due day. If the payment is not received by the first day of program, your child will not be allowed in the program until your account is up to date.
d.	We accept cash and check. Please make your check payable to: Cambridge Center for Chinese Culture (CCCC)

Fees and Refund Policies

Early Drop Off Fee:
Time: 8:00 am - 8:30 am Fee: $15 per each day
Scheduled drop off, pay up front:
$50/week, $80/2 weeks

Late Pick Up Fee:
Time: 6:00 pm - 6:10 pm     Fee: $10 per each time
Time: 6:10 pm - 6:20 pm     Fee: $25 per each time
Time: 6:20 pm - 6:30 pm     Fee: $40 per each time
Time: 6:30 pm - 6:50 pm     Fee: $80 per each time
This fee is due immediately upon arrival. Please be aware that unexpected delays create anxiety for both your child and our staff.
Scheduled to be picked up before 6:30 pm, pay up front:
$50/week, $80/2 weeks
* Scheduled early drop offs or late pick ups are on weekly base only.

Bounced Check Fee:
$35.00 fee will be charged for each bounced check.

Refund Policy for Cancellation/Withdrawal:


a.	Requests for refunds must be in writing.
b.	Any cancellation received in writing or email ccccsummerschool@gmail.com two(2) weeks prior to the first day of the session reserved will result in a 100% tuition refund; $5 processing fee will be charged only;
c.	Any cancellation received in writing or email ccccsummerschool@gmail.com one (1) week prior to the first day of the session reserved, a 50% tuition refund will be issued;
d.	Registration fee and $100 deposit fee are not refundable for all cancellation.
e.	$25 transfer fee must be paid for canceling reserved session and transferring to a not yet reserved session.
f.	Once a child has begun the summer school, no refund will be issued.
